  • News From Right Leaning Media
Could we have imagined 50 years ago that marriage would be under all-out assault, and that we would be in a pitched battle to defend an institution so ancient, so fundamental, and so obvious? Would we have imagined it even 30 years ago? Yet that is where we find ourselves...but defenders of marriage are not without powerful allies. Dakota Voice: Exposing the pernicious lie

The U.S. Supreme Court's decision to hear Snyder v. Phelps, a case dealing with anti-gay protests at the funerals of American soldiers, is stirring up debate over whether the privacy rights of grieving families trumps the free speech rights of demonstrators. Common threads of the tea party platform among all the groups are the concepts of fiscal responsibility, limited government, lower taxation, and national sovereignty, and these are quite important. But, when it comes to "social issues" like abortion and homosexual "rights," some tea party leaders tend to shy away. Dakota Voice: Exposing the pernicious lie

The reasons homosexuality is incompatible with military service are manifold. They are firmly rooted in both common sense and in the "settled" anthropological, sociopolitical and medical sciences, as well as the theological arena. Taken alone, each provides ample justification for maintaining the status quo. Combined, they prove the case. For now – in the interest of brevity – we'll focus on but one: medical science. Although it’s hard to keep up with them all, the latest outrage in Congress is a bill introduced on January 27th by openly homosexual Congressman Jared Polis of Colorado [the founder of Proflowers.com]. The bill, H.R. 4530, is the so-called, “Student Nondiscrimination Act of 2010.” Here we go again. The assault on [...] Dakota Voice: Exposing the pernicious lie

Is the ‘Gay’ Fix in on Prop 8?

Submitted by NewsSystem on Thu, 02/11/2010 - 18:25
  • Dakota Voice
  • News From Right Leaning Media
Last weekend the San Francisco Chronicle “outed” Proposition 8 Judge Vaughn Walker as an active practitioner of the homosexual lifestyle. The revelation that Judge Walker apparently chooses to engage in homosexual conduct, if true, would explain much of his bizarre behavior throughout this trial. At every turn he’s displayed extreme bias in favor of his similarly situated homosexual activist plaintiffs. Dakota Voice: Exposing the pernicious lie

Matt Barber, Director of Cultural Affairs with Liberty Counsel, released the following statement today on news that the San Francisco Chronicle has “outed” 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Vaughn Walker as an active practitioner of the homosexual lifestyle. The Rapid City School Board made the final decision last night to add "sexual orientation" and 15 other protected classes to the school district nondiscrimination policy. One might only wonder why they stopped at 16, and why things like "meth use" or "use of tobacco" were not also included. Dakota Voice: Exposing the pernicious lie
